USKLADIŠČENJE IZDELKOV SKLADNO S STRATEGIJO POLNJENJA GLEDE NA DRUŽINE IZDELKOV

Diplomska naloga se ukvarja z možnostjo izboljšave procesa uskladiščenja in komisioniranja izdelkov. V teoretičnem delu naloge je poudarek na zagotavljanju vitkosti skladiščenja oziroma na primerih rešitev, ki zagotavljajo prihranke v skladišču. Zato so v drugem poglavju predstavljene različne metode zagotavljanja vitkosti, kot so uporaba sistema radiofrekvenčne identifikacije (angl. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)), uporaba različnih komisionirnih rut, implementacija sistema za upravljanje skladišča (angl. Warehouse Management System (WMS)) in tudi uporaba različnih sistemov skladiščenja. Poudarek je predvsem na opisu uporabe različnih komisionirnih rut in na opisu uporabe različnih sistemov skladiščenja. V nadaljevanju drugega poglavja pa je opisano tudi doseganje vitkosti z uporabo ustrezne strategije uskladiščenja. Opisane so 4 različne strategije uskladiščenja. V tretjem poglavju naloge (praktični del) sledi predstavitev podatkovne baze in algoritmov za uskladiščenje izdelkov glede na družine izdelkov. V tem delu je predstavljeno namišljeno enoblokovno skladišče, proces in ključne dokumentacije pri uskladiščenju in naročanju tovora ter struktura podatkovne baze in algoritmov. Poudarek je na oblikovanju strukture podatkovne baze in predstavitvi uporabljenih algoritmov.

• Title: STORAGE OF PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRODUCT FAMILY STORAGE STRATEGY

Abstract

This thesis deals with the possibility of improving the process of placing products in the warehouse and commissioning them. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the emphasis is on providing lean warehousing or on solution examples providing savings in a warehouse. Therefore, the second chapter presents various methods of providing a lean warehouse, for example, the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), the use of various picking routes, the implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and the use of various warehousing systems. In the continuation of the second chapter, the achieving of a lean warehouse by using a suitable warehouse strategy is also described. Four different strategies for placing products in a warehouse are described. The third chapter of the thesis (the practical part) contains the presentation of the database and the algorithms for placing products in the warehouse according to the product class. It also presents an imaginary one-block warehouse, the process and the key documentation for placing products in the warehouse and ordering cargo, and the database and algorithm structure. The emphasis is on the database structure designing and the presentation of the algorithms used.
