Varstvo osebnih podatkov v vrtcih : diplomsko delo

Varstvo osebnih podatkov je občutljivo področje, sploh ko gre za osebne podatke otrok. Otroci so najbolj ranljivi posamezniki, zato je toliko bolj pomembno, da jih varujejo tako starši, kot tudi strokovni delavci. Otroci v šolah in vrtcih preživijo večino časa, zato jih mora navsezadnje varovati tudi država, ki mora v primeru kršitev izreči tudi ustrezno sankcijo. Diplomska naloga je nastala z namenom preučevanja varstva podatkov otrok v vrtcih. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena zakonodaja, empirični del naloge pa zajema anketni vprašalnik, ki nam poda odgovore na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja. Na koncu diplomskega dela so podane ugotovitve in predlogi izboljšav, ki bi pripomogle k boljšemu varstvu podatkov otrok v vrtcih. Moramo se zavedati, da smo odrasli tisti, ki moramo obvarovati otroke, zato je ključnega pomena poznavanje zakonodaje, saj se otroci ne zavedajo pomembnosti osebnih podatkov in kakšne posledice lahko sledijo v primeru zlorab teh podatkov.

• Title: Protection of personal data in kindergartens

Abstract

Protection of personal data is a sensitive area. Especially when it comes to children's personal data. Children are the most vulnerable group of individuals, so it is all the more important that they are protected by both parents and professionals. The state institutions must give appropriate sanctions in case of personal data violation, as children spend more time in schools and kindergartens. The diploma thesis was created with the purpose of studying data protection of children in kindergartens. Theoretical part of the diploma interpretes legislation while the empirical part includes a questionnaire and answers to the researched questions. The conclusion of the diploma contains findings and suggestions for improvements which could help secure the data of children in kindergartens. As the adults are responsible for children's safety, knowing the law for protection of personal data is crucial. It helps with understanding what consequences may follow in the event of misuse of that data.
