Abstract
Raziskovali smo vpliv temperature na dielektrične lastnosti tekočih lepil pri 3 različnih frekvencah (100 kHz, 500 kHz in 1 MHz). Proučevali smo 2 polimerizacijski in 3 polikondenzacijska lepila. Pri segrevanju od 20 °C do 90 °C smo lepilom merili spremembe dielektrične vrednosti in izgubni kot. Meritve dielektričnih lastnosti smo opravili z napravo AGILENT 428A precission LCR meter, medtem, ko smo temperaturo lepila merili z napravo AGILENT 34970A Data acqusition/switch unit. Ugotovili smo, da se dielektrična vrednost lepila povečuje z naraščajočo temperaturo segrevanja in da so dielektrične lastnosti lepila odvisne predvsem od vrste lepila, njegove sestave in viskoznosti. Dodatek katalizatorja je lepilu povečal dielektrično vrednost. Ugotovili smo, da je izgubni kot najvišji takrat, ko je lepilo najbolj tekoče oz. ima najnižjo viskoznost. Ugotovili smo tudi, da se pri povečevanju frekvence električnega polja zmanjšuje dielektričnost v lepilu.

Title:Temperature impact research on dielectric properties of liquid adhesives : graduation thesis (higher professional studies)
Abstract:
Influence of temperature on dielectric properties of liquid adhesives was researched at 3 different frequencies (100 kHz, 500 kHz in 1 MHz). 2 types of polymerisation and 3 types of polycondensation adhesives were studied. At heating from 20 °C to 90 °C a dielectric properties and loss tangent were measured. Using AGILENT 4285A precission LCR meter dielectric properties were measured also, so as the adhesive temperature with AGILENT 34970A Data acqusition/switch unit. By increasing the heating temperature the dielectric properties increase; they enlarge by increasing the heating temperature, and depend primarly on adhesive type, its structure and viscosity. Catalisator added to the adhesive increases dielectric properties. The loss tangent is the highest when the adhesive is most liquid or when its viscosity is the lowest. By enlarging the electric field frequency the dielectricity of the adhesive reduces.
