Abstract
Delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega uvoda in raziskovalnega dela. V teoretičnem delu sem se osredotočila na koncept coachinga, pojem participacije in raziskala možnosti soupravljanja zaposlenih v slovenskih podjetjih, ki so na nižjih delovnih mestih. V raziskovalen delu naloge sem, s pomočjo kvalitativne raziskave, predstavila rezultate izvedene raziskave, ki sem jo izvedla s pomočjo polstrukturiranih intervjujev. Le-teh sem opravila 8, v njih pa so sodelovali izključno coachi, ki so zaposleni v slovenskih podjetjih. Raziskovala sem, kako lahko coach, ki je zaposlen v podjetju, pripomore k participaciji zaposlenih, če sploh. Zanimal me je izključno njihov vidik na soupravljanje zaposlenih v podjetju in na uporabo participacije.

Title:Coaching and his contribution to employee participation
Abstract:
The work consists of a theoretical introduction and research work. The focus in the theoretical was on the concept of coaching, the concept of participation and on exploration the possibilities of co-management of employees in Slovenian companies that are in lower positions. In the research part of the thesis I presented the results of the research with the help of qualitative research, which I conducted with the help of semi-structured interviews. I conducted 8 interviews, where only coaches employed in Slovenian companies participated. I researched how a coach employed in a company can help employee participation, if he can help at all. I was exclusively interested in their aspect of co-management of employees in the company and the use of participation.
