Abstract
Skozi zaključno nalogo je predstavljen razvojni proces robota za barvanja zunanjih površin lesenih stavb. Predstavljene so zahteve sodelujočega podjetja, katere so bile izpopolnjene v specifikacije za definiran izdelek. Upoštevane so omejitve uporabe tehnologij in konstrukcijske zahteve. Potrebno je bilo razviti napravo, ki bo imela čim manjšo težo in bo predstavljala cenovno ugodno rešitev. Zato smo strmeli k uporabi standardnih kosov in materialov s čim manjšo težo. Največji poudarek smo naredili na največjih sestavnih delih, kot so standardna vodila in električni pogoni. Glavni cilj je bil razviti robota, ki s pomočjo jeklenice pleza po različnih tipih aluminijastih lestev. Celotni razvoj je temeljil na uporabi metode VDI 2221. Po metodi so se definirali koncepti, ki so se z nadaljnjimi iteracijami izpopolnili do končnega izdelka.

Title:Development of a robot for painting the exterior vertical surfaces of wooden buildings
Abstract:
Through the final task, the development process of a robot for painting the exterior surfaces of wooden buildings is presented. The requirements of the cooperating company are presented, which have been improved into specifications for a defined product. Limitations on the use of technologies and design requirements are taken into account. It was necessary to develop a device that would have as little weight as possible and would represent a cost-effective solution. Therefore, we strived to use standard pieces and materials with as little weight as possible. We placed the greatest emphasis on the largest components, such as standard busbars and electric drives. The main goal was to develop a robot that climbs various types of aluminum ladders with the help of a steel cable. The entire development was based on the use of the VDI 2221 method.
