Abstract
V časih, ko sta v polnem razmahu uporaba in razvoj informacijske tehnologije so tudi vsa večja podjetja prepoznala dolgoročne prednosti vlaganja v informacijsko tehnologijo.

Title:Integration of SMS messaging application into the existing CRM system : visokošolski strokovni študijski program prve stopnje Aplikativna elektrotehnika
Abstract:
At a time when the use and development of information technology is in full swing, all major companies have also recognized the long-term benefits of investing in information technology. Companies that have a larger customer base typically use dedicated systems called Costumer Relationship Management's (in further CRM) to manage them. Also communication with customers is increasingly carried out through modern communication channels such as SMS, e-mail, Facebook,… In this thesis, I present how we can improve communication with customers in the company by using an SMS application that we place in the existing CRM system. By installing the application in the existing CRM system, large savings on employee time are possible, and in most cases, just an SMS message can also be more user-friendly than for example a call. In the first part of the degree thesis I clearly describe which technologies and arhitecture we used in programming our application, and in the second part the planning and process of creating the application. As already mentioned, we have installed the application in the existing system, so I also introduce you to certain parts of the existing system that relate to our application. I am also describing the operation of the application, and attach instructions for its use in the attachment. In the concluding part, I present the results or use of the application after a certain period of time and show the barriers by using the application.
