Abstract
Uporaba tehnologije avtomatsko vodenih vozil se z leti povečuje. Uporaba je neposredno povezana z rastjo gospodarstva in tovora ter s povečanjem pristanišč. Tehnologija se izboljšuje in postaja vse zanesljivejša. Z izboljšanjem tehnologije se povečuje njena uporabnost, kar vpliva na izvajanje storitev v logistiki. V prvem delu magistrske naloge je opisana tehnologija, način delovanja ter lastnosti avtomatsko vodenih vozil. Skozi opis tehnologije in način delovanja se seznanjamo z njenimi možnostmi, omejenostjo ter uporabnostjo. Opisane so značilnosti trenutnega razvoja tehnologije. V prihodnosti lahko pričakujemo številne izboljšave, s tem pa tudi rast njene uporabe v proizvodnih in logističnih podjetjih. V drugem delu je opisana uporaba tehnologije avtomatsko vodenih vozil v logistiki, prilagoditev skladišč za njeno uporabo ter izkušnje uporabe tehnologije v praksi. Opisana je uporaba v pomorskem, zračnem in cestnem prometu ter notranjem transportu. Zaradi implementacije tehnologije so se skladišča morala prilagoditi, kako, je prav tako predstavljeno v pričujočem delu. V četrtem poglavju so opisani podatki raziskave prisotnosti tehnologije AGV v Sloveniji.

Title:USE OF AUTOMATED VEHICLE TECHNOLOGY IN LOGISTICS
Abstract:
Technology of automated guided vehicles is being used more and more throughout the years. Usage is directly related with growth of economy, cargo and ports. Technology is advancing, becoming more reliable. With advancement of technology it's usability is increased which also affects operation of logistics. Technology, work method and use of automated guided vehicles is described in the first part of master's project. Through description of technology and it's way of working we acknowledge it's possibilities, limitations and usability. Features of today's development technology are described. We can expect great number of advancements in the future, and with that, increased usability. Second part desribes the use of automated guided vehicles in logistics, adjustment of warehouse and technology usage experiences in practice. Maritime, air, road and internal traffic usability are described. Because of the technology implementation warehouses needed to be adjusted which is also described. Research for technology usage in Slovenia is described in chapter 4.
