Abstract
Zaradi pandemije Covid-19 je delo od doma dobilo povsem nov pomen. Le-to je za delodajalce in zaposlene prineslo številne spremembe. V diplomskem delu se osredotočim na prednosti in slabosti dela od doma ter raziščem spremembe pri obravnavi člankov o delu od doma pred pandemijo Covida-19 in sedaj. Zaznati je razlike pri naslavljanju dvomov o omenjeni praksi dela; slednji v prvi raziskavi pred Covidom-19 naslavljajo delodajalce, v drugi pa delavce. Raziskavama je skupen interes delavcev za delo od doma ter nezaupanje s strani vodstva oz. menedžerjev. Skozi intervjuje sem izvedela, da intervjuvanci menijo, da so bila njihova podjetja dobro pripravljena na delo od doma ter da so jim zagotovila vso potrebno opremo. Večina jih je tako dobila službene računalnike, ostali pa so svoj osebni računalnik že prej uporabljali za službene namene ter tako niso imeli potrebe po novem računalniku. Skoraj vsi želijo z delom od doma nadaljevali tudi po koncu pandemije Covida-19, vendar bi večina intervjuvancev delo od doma kombinirala z delom v pisarni.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on working from home
Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic gave work from home a whole new meaning. The latter has brought many changes for employers and employees. Through my dissertation, I focus on the pros and cons of working from home, and explore changes in the treatment of articles on working from home before the Covid-19 pandemic and now. There are noticeable differences in addressing doubts about the aforementioned work practice, the latter addressing employers in the first study before Covid-19 and workers in the second. The research has a common interest of workers to work from home, and distrust on the part of management or managers. Through the interviews, I learned that the interviewees felt that their companies were well prepared to work from home and that they provided them with all the necessary equipment. Most of them got office computers, while the rest used their personal computers for business purposes before, so they did not need a new computer. Almost everyone wants to continue working from home even after the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, but most interviewees would combine working from home with office work.
