Abstract
Uvod: Pri vodenju timov je zelo pomemben odnos, med člani tima, saj le ta neposredno vpliva na kakovost našega dela. Da bi lahko izboljšali kakovost storitev v zdravstveni negi in pa dosegli boljši odnos znotraj tima, je potrebno nenehno raziskovanje na področju vodenja, saj se z dobrim medosebnim odnosom med zaposlenimi in vodjo, poveča zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in pacientov. Na navedeno pa vpliva stil oziroma način vodenja tima ter lastnosti vodje. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je spoznati stile vodenja timov, ki so v negovalnih timih učinkoviti ter spoznati lastnosti, ki jih mora imeti vodja, da je pri svojem delu učinkovit, prav tako pa, da so njegovi zaposleni zadovoljni ter, da je tim uspešen. Cilji diplomskega dela so spoznati kateri stili vodenja so najustreznejši v negovalnih timih. Metode dela: V diplomskem delu je uporabljena deskriptivna metoda dela s sistematičnim pregledom slovenske in tuje znanstvene in strokovne literature. Pri iskanju je bil upoštevan časovni okvir in sicer od 2010 do 2021, izjemoma so bili vključeni starejši članki, zaradi relevantnosti podatkov, kot so različni stili vodenja, ki so bili odkriti že leta nazaj. Rezultati: V diplomskem delu so prikazani stili vodenja, ki so najučinkovitejši v zdravstveni negi. Pri vseh treh stilih vodenja, ki so se izkazali za najučinkovitejše, je z zagotovljena zadovoljnost zdravstvenih delavcev na delovnem mestu in pa pri vseh treh stilih vodenja je doseženo zadovoljstvo pacientov, ki pa je ključnega pomena. Razprava in zaključek: Za uspeh zdravstvene nege je bistveno, da tim v zdravstveni negi vodi vodja, ki vodi z lastnostmi, ki temeljijo na dokazih. Za najučinkovitejše stile vodenja negovalnih timov so se izkazali, transformacijski, demokratični ter trenerski stil vodenja, saj pozitivno vplivajo na obravnavo pacientov, kar pa vpliva na boljše kazalnike kakovosti v zdravstveni negi ter večje zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu.

Title:Management styles of nursing teams and the characteristics of a good leader : diploma work
Abstract:
Introduction: In team management the relationship between team members is very important, which directly affects the quality of our work. For quality improvement of services in health care and to achieve better relationships between the team work, we need to explore and research the field of team management constantly because if there is a good relationship between the team and the leader, the both sides of our participants are contented. Their satisfaction depends on team management's style, manner of leading and leader's characteristics. Purpose: The main purpose of this thesis is to realise which styles of team managements exist in general, the most commonly used in health care among them and make sure about the most important characherictics that the leader must have to be effective, make his workers contented and lead team work to success. We want to get to know more about all existed team managements and which of them are the most appropriate to be used in health care. Methods: In thesis is used the descriptive research method with an systematic overview of Slovenian and foreign scientific and academic literature. Time of article's edition was determined from 2010 to 2021,considered to not use articles older than from 2010 year, exceptionally some of them to provide for relevance of the data ,for example leadership styles that were discovered years ago. Results: In thesis are described and explained all leadership's styles, especially the ones that are being the most effective in health care. Three of them being used in health care provide and quarantee satisfaction and pleasure between health -care workers in workplace and make patients well treated, happy and satisfied, which is the most important and desired achievement in health care. Discussion and conclusion: It is essential to the success of nursing that the in nursing is led by positive leaders who lead a team with evidence- based leadership qualities. We came to conclusion that the transformational and demonstrational leaderships styles are the most effective in health care because both have positive influence on health-care workers and their's condition. They also have positive effects on patient treatments and their's well-being, consequently impact on a better quality of health-care work and greater employee's satisfaction in a workplace.
