Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je na sistemski način prikazano reševanje problema puščanja membranskih pogonov regulatorskih ventilov. Po korakih procesa 8D in z uporabo orodij za iskanje izvornega vzroka problema je izvedena analiza izdelka, orodij, materiala in procesa. Ugotovljena so odstopanja meritev materiala od zahtevanih vrednosti, obraba in ovalna oblika orodja za preoblikovanje pa tudi napačno zasnovan utor za o-tesnilo. Z novo zasnovo utora, novim orodjem ter materialom, je izmet zmanjšan na željeno vrednost, ki je manj kot 1 %. Vse izboljšave smo potrdili s proizvodnimi in tlačnim testom.

Title:Root cause analysis of leakage on membrane valve drives
Abstract:
The diploma thesis present the solution for the problem of leaking diaphragm actuators of control valves on systematic way. Over the steps of 8D process and using different tools for problem solving to find root cause of the problem, an analysis of the product, tools, material and process is performed. Deviation of material dimensions from the required values, wear and oval shape of forming tool and incorrectly designed o-ring seal groove, has been identified. With the new groove design, new tools and material the scrap is reduced to the desired value of less than 1 %. All improvments was have been validated by production and burst tests.
