Poročne preference milenijcev in trenutni trendi pri organizaciji porok : diplomsko delo

V diplomskem delu sem želela raziskati poročne preference milenijcev in ugotoviti trende pri načrtovanju porok. Dotaknila sem se dveh glavnih tematik – to sta poročni načrtovalec in načrtovanje poroke. Zanimalo me je, ali so milenijci dovzetni za najem poročnega načrtovalca, kateri dejavniki vplivajo na njihovo odločitev in kakšno je nasploh njihovo mnenje o poročnem načrtovalcu. Vsaka generacija ima svoje značilnosti in potrebe, jaz sem se osredinila na poročne preference milenijcev. Spoznavala sem, kakšni stili porok so jim všeč, kakšen okus, želje in mnenje imajo glede izbire lokacij poroke, katerim poročnim elementom bi posvetili največ pozornosti, denarja in časa ... Na podlagi empiričnega dela te diplomske naloge sem ugotovila, da so milenijci v nekaterih pogledih pri načrtovanju poroke zelo tradicionalni, v drugih pa spet malo manj. Rezultati empiričnega dela potrjujejo teoretični del, ki pravi, da imajo velik vpliv na poročne želje in potrebe filmografija in družbena omrežja.

• Title: Millennium wedding preferences and current trends in wedding organization

Abstract

In my thesis, I wanted to explore the wedding preferences of millennials and identify trends in wedding planning. I was covering two main topics – wedding planner and wedding planning. I was interested if millennials would like to hire a wedding planner, what factors influence their decision in any form of general opinion of wedding planner or process of wedding planning. Each generation has its own characteristics and needs, so I focused on the wedding preferences of millennials. I learned what styles of weddings they like, what taste they have and what is their opinion according to the choice of wedding locations, which wedding elements they would pay the most attention to ... Based on the empirical part of this thesis, I found out that millennials are in some aspects of wedding planning very traditional, but in others they are less so. The results of the empirical work confirm the theoretical part, which says that filmography and social media have a big influence on the wedding preferences and the needs.
