VODENJE NAVIGACIJE S POMOČJO ECDIS-A

Predstavljamo različne vidike navigacijskega sistema ECDIS in njegovo uporabo pri varnem vodenju navigacijske straže. V nalogi so opisani njegova sestava in pravni pogledi na omenjeni sistem. Opisali smo elektronske karte in predstavili tudi enakovredno nadomestilo zanje. Nadaljevali smo z opisom uporabe sistema in postopkov načrtovanja poti. Ker je ECDIS lahko del integriranega navigacijskega sistema, smo opisali pomembne navigacijske naprave, s katerimi je povezan, in kako z njimi deluje. Zaključili smo s problematiko ECDIS-a, za protiutež pa predstavili postopke za njegovo varno uporabo.

Abstract

The scope of this work is to present the navigational aid called ECDIS and its usage for performing a safe navigational watch. Throughout the task we have described the structure and legal aspects of the mentioned system. We described the electronic charts along with its substitutes. Furthermore, we presented the correct usage of the system that is the basis for a user. Route planning has also been described. Because ECDIS can be a part of the integrated navigational system, we have described its connections with other navigational instruments and how they work. Nevertheless, we have concluded with the safety issues of ECDIS and how they can be resolved.
