Abstract
V magistrskem delu je zbrana vsa dokumentacija, ki je potrebna pri izdelavi proizvodov pred izdajo na trg na podlagi standarda ISO 12100. Proizvajalci morajo pred izdajo naprave tako izpolnjevati zahteve evropske direktive o strojih 2006/42/ES, saj le-ta ureja varnost proizvodov, ki je najpomembnejši del izdelave ocene tveganja. Zagotavlja nam prepoznavanje tveganj, ki jih lahko predstavlja naprave pri uporabi in nas vodi skozi proces zmanjševanja nevarnosti, ki bi lahko doletele uporabnika pri njihovi uporabi. To najlažje naredimo v fazi razvoja, kjer se najbolj enostavno implementirajo vse varnostne komponente v konstrukcijo naprave. V prvem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili tehnično zakonodajo in predstavili standard in direktivo, ki sta ključna za izdelavo ocene tveganja. Predstavili smo splošna načela za prepoznavanje in zmanjšanje tveganja, kar smo kasneje v praktičnem delu predstavili na realnem primeru. Izdelali smo oceno tveganja naprave za dekontaminacijo prostorov in njena tveganja pri uporabi le-te ter predstavili napotke za varno delo z napravo.

Title:Risk assessment in the design of a room decontamination device
Abstract:
The master's thesis contains all the documentation required for the manufacture of products before being placed on the market based on the ISO 12100 standard. Manufacturers must meet the requirements of the European Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC, as it regulates product safety, which is the most important part of making a risk assessment. It provides us with an identification of the risks that devices may pose in use and guides us through the process of reducing the dangers that could befall the user in their use. This is most easily done in the development phase, where all safety components are most easily implemented in the construction of the device. In the first part of the master's thesis, we presented the technical legislation and presented the standard and directive that are key to making a risk assessment. We presented the general principles for identifying and reducing risk, which we later presented in a practical case on a real case. We made a risk assessment of the device for decontamination of premises and its risk when using it, and presented guidelines for safe work with the device.
