Abstract
Magistrska naloga obravnava oblikovanje trajnostne embalaže za mlečne produkte, pridelane v ekološki atmosferi. Rešuje realni problem, ki ga ima naročnik - kozja farma Kumparička. V sklopu magistrske naloge smo jim pomagali zasnovati prehod na okolju prijaznejšo embalažo. Ob tem smo upoštevali širok spekter dejavnikov, ki so vplivali na končno odločitev o izbiri posameznih embalaž. Preučili smo celotno življenjsko dobo izdelka, vse od njegove proizvodnje do transporta in končne destinacije, upoštevali omejitve in potrebe naročnika, sočasno pa razmišljali tudi o vplivu, ki ga bo izbrana embalaža imela na okolje skozi njen celotni življenjski cikel. Rezultat naloge so embalaže za mlečne produkte, ki zagotovljajo potrebe naročnika in proizvoda ter so hkrati tudi prijazne do okolja.

Title:Sustainable packaging design for organic dairy products
Abstract:
This master’s thesis deals with the design of sustainable packaging for organically produced milk products. It solves a real-life problem for a specific client, the Kumparička Goat Farm. Within the framework of this thesis, we have helped them make a transition to environmentally friendlier packaging. In doing so, we have taken into account a wide variety of factors influencing the final choice of individual packaging. We have studied the entire product life from production to transport and final destination, we have taken into consideration the client’s limitations and needs, and at the same time considered the effect the selected packaging would have on the environment throughout its entire life cycle. The result of this thesis is packaging for milk products, which satisfies the client’s and product’s needs and is environmentally friendly at the same time.
