Abstract
Imeti mora jasen uporabniški vmesnik in dobro uporabniško izkušnjo. Magistrsko delo vključuje raziskavo desetih slovenskih in petih tujih konkurenčnih spletnih mest. Analizo smo opravili v treh sklopih: vizualna podoba, uporabniška izkušnja in vsebina spletne strani. Zaključke analize spletnih mest smo povzeli v SWOT analizi, s pomočjo katere smo izpostavili prednosti obstoječih spletnih mest in njihove slabosti. Na podlagi pridobljenih ugotovitev smo podali priložnosti in morebitne nevarnosti pri oblikovanju našega spletnega mesta. V okviru raziskave smo sestavili vprašalnik, s katerim smo želeli izvedeti, kako uporabniki pridejo do želenih grafičnih storitev. Več časa moramo posvetiti večanju obiska spletnega mesta in osveževanju vsebine.

Title:Website development for graphic services using Design Thinking method
Abstract:
Within the framework of the master's thesis, we explored the modern process of website development with the method of design thinking which deals with graphic services. Every company has a website, a point where it "meets" a potential customer of a service or product. It is crucial that the website convinces the user to make a purchase and it must have a clear user interface and a good user experience. The master's thesis includes research of ten Slovenian and five foreign competing websites. We analyzed three parts: visual image, user experience, and website content. The conclusions of the site analysis were summarized in the analysis which highlighted the advantages of existing sites and their disadvantages. Based on this, we identified opportunities and threats for our site. Within the framework of the research, we formed a questionnaire to find out how users get to the desired graphic services. We were interested in who asks (entrepreneurs or in-house), which services are most demanded, where they get information about the graphics service, what is most important to them when searching for information, what information they search for on websites, and what influences the purchase decision. Based on the findings, we designed the website, selected colors, and typography. We added legal regulations and developed and published the website online. Based on the site analytics, we found that our site is easy to use and works well in all respects. We need to spend more time increasing website traffic and refreshing content.
