The master's thesis discusses the collaboration between a teacher and a school counselor, and their role in dealing with students' disruptive behavior. Firstly, the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on describing the disruptive behavior. Afterwards, the thesis discusses the role of the teacher, to whom we attach key importance in
dealing with students' disruptive behavior. Namely, the teacher is the one person in the school who establishes daily contacts with the student, so he/she can connect with the student the most, detect his/her disruptive behavior the fastest, and have a significant influence on him/her.The thesis shows the importance of the school counselor's role in dealing with students' disruptive behavior. Special attention is also placed on collaboration or teamwork between the teacher and the school counselor. It has a great effect on the students and their behavior. In the empirical part we explore which forms of students' disruptive behavior they most often face at school and how they respond when disruptive behavior occurs. In addition, the teachers' ability to deal with the disruptive behavior of students is examined.
