Abstract
V zaključni nalogi je predstavljen razvoj konstrukcije rotorja za elektronsko komutiran motor. Pri snovanju rotorja je bilo potrebno zagotoviti, da bo rotor izpolnjeval predpisane električne in mehanske zahteve. Iz zahtev smo izbrali najustreznejši koncept in kasneje s trdnostno analizo preverili, ali rotor zdrži dovoljene obremenitve. Izdelali smo tudi primerjavo stroškov novega designa glede na obstoječo obliko. Kasneje je bil izdelan še prototip rotorja in posledično še statorja. Na koncu smo naredili še validacijske električne teste za medsebojno primerjavo novega designa z obstoječim.

Title:Development and design of rotor for electronically commutated motor
Abstract:
In the thesis, the development and design of a rotor for an electronically commutated motor are presented. At designing the rotor, it was necessary to ensure the required electrical and mechanical properties. Based on requirements and evaluations of different designs, the most suitable concept was chosen. The concept was checked later with FEM analysis. We also made a comparison of the costs of the new design compared to the existing one. After that, a prototype was produced to validate electrical properties and to compare them with the existing design.
