Abstract
Nepravilno zavijačena vijačna zveza je pogosto vzrok za reklamacije, zato se je v kontrolni plan dodala karakteristika merjenja kontrolnega momenta. S kontrolnim momentom privitja vijačne zveze zagotovimo dodatno preverjanje ter s tem zmanjšamo možnost reklamacij. Vrednosti kontrolnih momentov se od privijalnih razlikujejo, saj se med procesom privijanja v vijačni zvezi pogoji spremenijo. V okviru te zaključne naloge smo najprej izmerili privijalne momente, nato pa še kontrolne momente vijačnih zvez po eni izmed metod, ki jih omenja standard VDA 5.2. Meritve kontrolnih ter privijalnih momentov smo primerjali ter na njihovi podlagi ugotovili, da so kontrolni momenti nekoliko višji od privijalnih. Določili smo, v katerih tolerančnih mejah se lahko nahajajo kontrolni momenti za posamezen vijak na izdelku.

Title:Quality assurance of bolted joint
Abstract:
Improperly tightened bolted joints are often the cause of customer complaints, so the control torque measurement has been added to the control plan. By checking the tightening torque of the bolted joint, we provide an additional checkup and thus reduce the probability of complaints. The value of the control torques differ from the tightening ones, as the conditions in the bolted joint change during the tightening. As part of this thesis we first measured the tightening torques and then the control torques of bolted joints according to one of the methods mentioned in standard VDA 5.2. Measurments of control and tightening torques were compared, and based on them we found that control torques' values are higher than those of tightening torques. We determined the tolerance limits of control torques for each of the measured bolted joints on the product.
