Hiša kakovosti za pogonski sklop cestnega kolesa

V zaključni nalogi smo razvili hišo kakovosti za pogonski sklop cestnega kolesa z elektronskim prestavljanjem. Določili smo zahteve kupcev in jih primerjali s konkurenčnimi izdelki. Zahtevam kupcev smo določili še tehnične lastnosti za katere smo določili absolutno ter relativno tehnično pomembnost. Tehnične karakteristike smo primerjali z dejanskimi vrednostmi tehničnih karakteristik konkurence ter kot končni rezultat hiše kakovosti definirali ciljne vrednosti tehničnih zahtev za razvoj izdelka.

• Title: House of quality for road bike drivetrain

Abstract

In this bachelor’s thesis we developed house of quality for road bike drivetrain with electronic gear selection. We determined customer demands and compared them with competing products. We determined technical features for customer demands and defined their absolute and relative technical weight. We compared technical features with actual technical features' values of competing products and as house of quality's end result we defined target values of technical requirements needed for product developement.
