Testing is one of the key activities of software development. It plays an important role, because it lowers the amount of defects, and improves user experience for end users. It also gives assurance to everybody that participates in software development, that the software meets required quality standards. In the software development company Špica International d. o. o. there is a need to optimize testing process for the software product All Hours. In this work, we presented and analyzed old testing process. We placed existing activities in agile testing quadrants. We discovered some shortcomings, which we fixed with the new testing environment, automated API testing and acceptance testing. We also described the entire process.
