Abstract
V strojništvu se v mnogih aplikacijah inženirji zanašajo na hidravlične sisteme različnih velikosti. Najbolj idealen hidravlični sistem naj bi imel čim manjšo maso in čim manjši volumen, zato smer razvoja le-teh teži k čim boljši optimizaciji mase in velikosti sistema. V marsikaterem hidravličnem sistemu se s tem namenom hidravlične elemente združuje v hidravlične bloke, še posebej v mobilni hidravliki (gradbeni in kmetijski stroji, priključki...). Inženirjem pri izdelavi ter načrtovanju hidravličnih blokov predstavlja izziv zapiranje in tesnjenje servisnih izvrtin oziroma izvrtin potrebnih za izdelavo.\\ V diplomski nalogi smo poiskali že obstoječe načine zapiranja in tesnjenja izvrtin hidra-vličnih blokov ter v nadaljevanju izvedli preizkus, ali bi bilo mogoče izvrtine zapirati in tesniti z navojnimi zatiči SIST ISO 4026 v kombinaciji s tesnilno maso. Za po-trebe preizkusa smo izdelali preizkušance in preizkuševališče, ki je tudi predstavljeno v diplomski nalogi. V nalogi so predstavljeni tudi rezultati meritev puščanja.

Title:Sealing the holes of the hydraulic manifolds with socket set screws
Abstract:
In mechanical engineering, hydraulic systems of various sizes are used in many applica-tions. A hydraulic system that is as ideal as possible should have as little mass and volume as possible, so their development involves the optimisation of mass and size. In many hydraulic systems, hydraulic elements are combined into hydraulic manifolds for this pur-pose, especially frequently in mobile hydraulics. Closing and sealing technological bores is a major challenge for engineers in the design and manufacture of hydraulic manifolds. In this thesis, we first presented the existing methods for pluging and sealing the bores of hydraulic manifolds. Then, we conducted an experimental investigation of the quality of hole closure using standard threaded pins in combination with sealant. For the needs of the test, we made test specimens and a test site. The paper presents the results of measurements of leakage of various threaded pins with and without the use of sealant.
