Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili pregled trga aksialnih batnih črpalk, idejno zasnovo večnamenskega preizkuševališča, njegovo izdelavo in meritve karakteristike aksialne batne črpalke s spremenljivo in konstantno iztisnino. Predstavljene so vse hidravlične sestavine, uporabljene v preizkuševališču, in izdelani statični preračuni preizkuševališča. V 3D-modelirniku je izdelan model aksialne batne črpalke s konstantno iztisnino z oznako 19.5.86720. Prikazano je vrednotenje izmerjenih veličin in rezultati meritev. Razloženo je kompleksno krmiljenje črpalke s spremenljivo iztisnino po moči. Na koncu smo predstavili še razlike med izmerjenimi in kataloškimi vrednostmi.

Title:
Development of a hydraulic test rig for piston pumps
Abstract:
The diploma thesis gives an overview of the axial piston pump market, the design of a universal test rig, its fabrication and the measurement of characteristics of a variable and constant displacement axial piston pump. All hydraulic components used in the test rig are presented and static calculations of the test rig are performed. A model of the axial piston pump with constant displacement with the code 19.5.86720 is made in the 3D modeler. The measured quantities and the results of the measurements are presented. The complex control of a variable displacement pump by the power is explained. Finally, the differences between the measured and the catalogue values are presented.
