Uvedba modula za načrtovanje in vodenje proizvodnje v informacijski sistem podjetja

Magistrsko delo obravnava tematiko planiranja in terminiranja modernih proizvodnih sistemov. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo predstavili glavne značilnosti poslovnih procesov ter informacijske rešitve, ki se uporabljajo za upravljanje proizvodnih sistemov. Podrobneje smo predstavili tematiko planiranja in teminiranja proizvodnje od najvišjega do najnižjega planskega nivoja. V praktičnem delu naloge smo predstavili osnove rešitev, ki jih podjetje SAP ponuja za reševanje kompleksnih problemov načrtovanja in vodenja proizvodnje. Cilj magistrske naloge je bil pripraviti projektni plan uvedbe danih rešitev, ki se lahko kasneje razširi in uporabi pri implementaciji IT rešitev v različna podjetja. Na koncu naloge pa so predstavljene glavne funkcionalnosti danih rešitev, ki so analizirane tako s finančnega kot tehničnega vidika.

• Title: Introduction of production planning and control module in the company information system

Abstract

The master's thesis discusses the planning and scheduling of modern production systems. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we present the main characteristics of business processes and IT solutions used for the management of production systems. Planning and scheduling of production from the highest to the lowest planning level are described in detail. In the practical part of the thesis, we present the basics of solutions offered by SAP to solve complex problems of production planning and management of production. The goal of the master's thesis was to prepare a project plan for the deployment of given solutions, which can later be expanded and used in the implementation of IT solutions in various companies. At the end of the thesis, the main functionalities of the given solutions are presented and analyzed from both a financial and a technical point of view.
