Zasnova koncepta prijemanja in procesa strege težjih ulitkov pri obdelavi na brusilnem stroju

Abstract
V livarski industriji dosegajo mase izdelkov zelo pogosto vrednosti, ki so z ergonomskega vidika neprimerne za ročno manipulacijo. Posledično pridemo hitro do problematike prijemanja in strege posameznih kosov. Poleg mase izdelkov pa nam problem dodatno poveča še kompleksna oblika izdelkov, ki je značilna za ulitke. V diplomski nalogi smo zato k reševanju opisane tematike pristopili s klasifikacijo izdelkov v 5 večjih skupin in podrobnejšo analizo ter iskanjem rešitev za izbrano skupino izdelkov. Izdelali smo podrobnejšo analizo delovnega mesta, ga popisali z elementarnimi strežnimi operacijami in iz njih izločili tiste, na katere smo lahko vplivali. Na podlagi podanih zahtev podjetja smo naredili morfološko matriko prijemal glede na fizikalni koncept prijemanja in jih ovrednotili v skladu s postavljenimi kriteriji ter izbrali najboljši koncept. Izbrani fizikalni koncept smo nadgradili s tremi možnimi prijemali, ki smo jih prav tako ovrednotili in ocenili v morfološki matriki. Na podlagi točkovanja smo prišli do najboljšega koncepta prijemala za podano aplikacijo, ki bi se ga lahko v nadaljnjih aktivnostih nadgradilo v končno rešitev.

Title:Design of the concept of gripping and the process of handling heavier castings when machining on a grinding machine
Abstract:
The weight of die casting products is reaching values which exceed manual manipulation legal safety limitations. This results in complex product gripping and manipulation. In addition to product weight issue there is also the complexity of product topology, which characterises die cast products. The above mentioned issue was approached by sorting the products into five major groups. Each group was analysed with the objective of finding proper solutions. A detailed work place analysis was conducted, in which basic production steps were defined focusing on the ones that can be influenced. In accordance with the company requirements a morphological matrics of grippers was created based on the physics of gripping. They were evaluated and the best solution was chosen. The chosen physical concept was upgraded with 3 acceptable grippers. They were quantifiably assessed and the highest ranked solution represents an applicable gripping concept for the end product.
