Abstract
Redno pregledovanje stanja potapljaških tlačnih posod je zaradi varnosti ključnega pomena. Tovrstne tlačne posode glede na pogoje obratovanja, njihov volumen ter obratovalni tlak, uvrščamo pod opremo z visoko stopnjo nevarnosti. Zanje je treba izvajati temeljite neporušne periodične preglede. Za preizkus trdnosti potapljaških tlačnih posod izdelanih iz aluminija ali jekla in drugih predvsem kompozitnih materialov se najpogosteje uporablja hidrostatično tlačno preizkušanje. Le-to omogoča hitro in cenovno ugodno preizkušanje z zadostno oceno trdnosti in tesnosti tlačne posode, brez porušitve osnovnega materiala. V diplomskem delu bodo opisane različne metode preizkušanja brez porušitve materiala. Prikazana bo izvedba in ocena rezultatov kontrole potapljaške tlačne posode po postopu hidrostatičnega tlačnega preizkušanja.

Title:Non-destructive testing of diving cylinders
Abstract:
Regular inspection of the condition of diving pressure vessels is crucial for safety. Depending on the operating conditions, their volume and operating pressure, such pressure vessels are classified as equipment with a high level of danger. Therefore they require thorough non-destructive periodic inspections. Hydrostatic pressure testing is most commonly used to test the strength of diving pressure vessels made of aluminum or steel and other composite materials. It enables fast and low cost execution with sufficient assessment of the strength and tightness of the pressure vessel, without breaking the base material. The degree thesis will describe various testing methods without breaking the material. The implementation and evaluation of the results of the control of the diving pressure vessel after the hydrostatic pressure testing procedure will be presented.
