Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo z metodo končnih elementov analizirali obstoječe obremenitveno stanje v jaremskih letvah transformatorjev. Jaremske letve se uporabljajo za zagotavljanje zahtevane sile stiskanja jedra in navitij, zaradi česar so podvržene visokim mehanskim obremenitvam. Hkrati predstavljajo nosilno konstrukcijo aktivnega dela transformatorja ter omogočajo premike in dvige aktivnega dela v procesu proizvodnje. Izdelane so iz jekla ali iz posebnega lesa za specifično uporabo. V delu smo raziskali možnost uporabe lesa kot materiala za izdelavo jaremskih letev transformatorjev, pri katerih se pojavijo večje obremenitve. Na podlagi izvedene analize smo ugotovili, da je meja uporabe lesa za izdelavo jaremskih letev pri 25 tonah skupne teže transformatorja.

Title:Structural analysis of transformer yoke beams
Abstract:
As part of the master's thesis, we used finite element methods to analyze the existing load state in the transformer yoke beams. The yoke beams serve to provide the required compressive force of the core and windings, resulting in high mechanical loads. At the same time, the beams serve as the supporting structure of the active part of the transformer and enable movements of the active part in the process of transformer production. They are made of steel or special wood. In this thesis, we investigated the possibilities of using wood as a material for the production of yoke beams of more demanding transformers, for which higher loads occur than previously designed projects. We found that limit for using wood to make yoke beam is estimated for 25 tons of total mass of transformers.
