Abstract
V okviru zaključne naloge smo pregledali teoretične osnove injekcijskega brizganja na podlagi katerih smo optimizirali proces injekcijskega brizganja geometrijsko enostavnega stojala za telefon z zatičem za sestavljanje iz poliamida 6. Z optimizacijo smo želeli izboljšati ter skrajšati proces injekcijskega brizganja z ozirom na funkcionalnost izdelka. Analizirali smo spreminjanje geometrije tečaja ter dolžine izdelka ob različnih procesnih parametrih ter potrebne sile za sestavljanje geometrijskega elementa. Eksperimente smo zasnovali s pomočjo metode načrtovanja eksperimentov ter optimizirali z uporabo Taguchijevih ortogonalnih matrik.

Title:Analysis of the hinge of a polyamide mobile phone stand
Abstract:
In the master's thesis, we reviewed the theoretical foundations of injection molding. On that basis we optimized the injection molding process of a geometrically simple mobile phone stand with a hinge from polyamide 6. With optimization, we wanted to improve and shorten the injection molding process in regard to the functionality of the product. We analyzed changes in geometry of the hinge and part length at different process parameters and forces required to assemble geometric elements on our product. The experiments were performed in accordance to method called Design of experiments and optimized using Taguchi optimization technique.
