Abstract
Svetovni splet ponuja veliko informacij o različnih vajah, treningih, prehranjevalnih navadah in dodatkih za različne športe. Nekatere izmed teh informacij si nasprotujejo, zato mora posameznik vložiti veliko časa in truda, če želi poiskati učinkovito rutino za uresničitev svojih ciljev. Zaradi visokega življenjskega tempa marsikdo za to nalogo ne najde časa in odneha ali pa se zateče k osebnemu trenerju. Iskanje ustreznega trenerja, ki bi bil na razpolago ob željenih urah ali skupine s podobnimi interesi zna biti težka naloga. V okviru diplomske naloge smo kot rešitev za ta problem zasnovali in razvili mobilno aplikacijo, ki uporabnike spodbuja k telesni aktivnosti pri različnih športih, jim nudi veliko zbirko vaj in treningov, beleženje napredka, komunikacijo s trenerji, sodelovanje v skupinah in vodenih vadbah. Del teh uporabnikov so certificirani trenerji, ki uporabnikom svetujejo tako, da urejajo njihove treninge glede na uporabnikove potrebe in dajejo napotke za hitro napredovanje.

Title:Mobile application for personal and group training
Abstract:
The internet provides a large amount of information regarding exercises, workouts, diets and supplements for different sports. There are many views on these subjects that are complete opposites. This makes it hard for a person to find an effective routine to achieve his goals. Because of our high pace of life, many of us cannot find time and eventually quit, while others hire a personal trainer. Searching for a personal trainer that is available at required times is also a hard task. Within the diploma thesis, we solved these problems by designing and developing a mobile application, that inspires people to be active, provides a large database of exercises and workouts, enables them to track their progress, communicate with trainers and get involved in groups and their workouts. Part of this application's users are certified personal trainers, which help other users by editing their workouts and giving personalized counseling for fast improvement.
