Abstract
Obstaja veliko kompleksov kovin prehoda, ki se velikokrat uporabljajo v katalizi, zato je aktualna tudi priprava novih vrst kompleksov. Del teh so tudi kleščasti PNP, PCP in CNC kompleksi s kovinami. Kompleksi različnih kovin se zelo razlikujejo po stabilnosti, zato je njihova priprava in uporaba od tega zelo odvisna. Ker imajo kovine v teh kompleksih različna oksidacijska stanja, je od tega odvisno tudi kateri ligandi in koliko se jih veže na kovino. Med vsemi temi kompleksi so zelo zanimivi za raziskave hidridni kompleksi kovin prehoda, predvsem monodentatni hidridni kompleksi, oziroma monohidridni kompleksi. Pri teh kompleksih je načeloma na voljo samo eno mesto, kjer lahko poteče reakcija, zato lahko bolje kontroliramo reakcijo. Poznanih je relativno malo takšnih kompleksov kovin prehoda, predvsem iridijevih in rodijevih. V magistrski nalogi sem naredila delni pregled literaturnih podatkov o hidridnih kompleksih kovin prehoda in pripravila ter preučevala reakcije oksidacije Au(I) monohidridnih kompleksov s kisikom in ozonom.

Title:Preparation of organometallic hydrides of transition metals and studies of their oxidation
Abstract:
There are many transition metal complexes which are often used in catalysis, so the preparation of new types of complexes is also important. These include pincer PNP, PCP and CNC complexes with metals. Complexes of different metals differ greatly in their stability, so their preparation and use are highly dependent on this. Since the metals in these complexes have different oxidation states, it also depends on which ligands and how strongly they bind to the metal. Among all these complexes, the hydride complexes of transition metals are of great interest to researchers, especially the monodentate hydride complexes or monohydride complexes. In these complexes, there is basically only one site where the reaction can occur, so we can better control the reaction. Relatively few such transition metal complexes are known, mainly iridium and rhodium ones. In my master's thesis, I did a partial literature survey of transition metal hydride complexes and prepared and studied the oxidation reactions of Au(I) monohydride complexes with oxygen and ozone.
