Abstract

Title:Automatization and HRM
Abstract:
Automatization is becoming a modern challenge in all areas, including work and human resources, which is getting increasingly focused on e – HRM. It has become a very popular method among Slovenian human resource managers as well. Automatization not only brings a lot of innovations into the human resources world but also a lot of advantages and disadvantages, each of which affects the nature of human resources work and the fact that in the near future the most effective HRM system will be a combined HRM system, a system between traditional HRM and electronic HRM. The future of work will be in contiuous learning and training, that is, in knowledge. An employee with these qualities will be able to choose where to work, because the company would appreciate such qualities. The empirical part, on one side, presents the attitude of Slovenian HRM managers towards automatization, the finding that they have a positive attitude towards automatization and, on the other, the conclusion that they are not afraid of the future in their profession. A human HRM manager will always be needed, because, unlike robots, they are capable of empathy and human warmth¬ which are one of the most important characteristics of the HRM profession.
