Zagotavljanje pravilnosti odpreme cementa v razsutem tovoru

Diplomsko delo obravnava izdelavo sistema za zagotavljanje pravilnosti odpreme cementa v razsutem tovoru. Uvodoma so predstavljeni posamezni ključni deli celotnega sistema. Ti sklopi so: generiranje naloga, določevanje tipa cementa v silosih, obdelava vsebine QR kode, priprava poročila in nadzorni sistem oz. programsko okolje SCADA. V nadaljevanju so podrobneje predstavljena generiranje, pozicija in vsebina kode QR na nalogu, ter strojna oprema, ki je bila uporabljena za izdelavo sistema. Na koncu je podan še opis programske opreme, ki obrazloži delovanje posameznih programov različnih programskih okolij.

• Title: Ensuring proper dispatching of the cement in bulk form

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the production of a system for ensuring the correct distribution of cement in bulk form. In the beginning, individual key parts of the system are presented, which comprise of: order generation, determination of the cement type in silos, processing of the QR code content, report preparation and the supervision system or SCADA software environment. Generation, position and content of the QR code on the order, as well as the hardware that was used to create the system, are presented in more detail. Finally, a description of the software is given, which presents the operation of individual programs in different software environments.
