Abstract
Zaključna naloga opisuje zasnovo in razvoj elektro uporovne komorne žarilne peči z vozom. V prvem delu je predstavljeno ozadje samega procesa nastanka in odprave notranjih napetosti. V nadaljevanju so predstavljeni posamezni tipi peči ter njihove prednosti in slabosti. Na osnovi tega smo izbrali najprimernejši koncept ter definirali zahteve. Delo je strukturirano po posameznih sklopih peči. Za vsak sklop peči smo predstavili možne izvedbe, izbrali po našem mnenju optimalno in ustrezno dimenzionirali glavne komponente. Energijska bilanca peči predstavlja osnovo za preračun in določitev toplotne izolacije in grelnih elementov peči. Ko se le-ti izbrani, določimo mehanske obremenitve, ki delujejo na mehanske dele peči. Razvoj peči se nadaljuje z izbiro strojnih elementov za prenos gibanja. Mehansko obremenjene sklope peči, kot sta ogrodje in voziček, smo dodatno preračunali in optimirali z računalniško analizo konstrukcije po metodi končnih elementov. Ključni poudarek naloge je na konstrukterskem delu, vseeno pa je delo multi-disciplinarno in obsega vsa področja strojništva od prenosa toplote do izdelovalnih tehnologij, kot tudi področja elektrotehnike in krmiljenja.

Title:Development of a chamber furnace with an electric resistor heating and a boogie
Abstract:
The thesis describes the design and the development of a chamber furnace with an electric resistor heating and a boogie. The first part presents the background of internal stress formation process and methods for stress reliving. Succeeding are the individual components presented together with their pros and cons. Based on that, we have chosen the best concept and defined the requirements. Structure of the thesis is based on the individual components of the furnace. For every component we have presented possible variations, chose the one we have found optimal. Energy balance of the furnace is the foundation for choosing and dimensioning of the heating elements, refractory and insulation. Only when those have been chosen, we are familiar with the mechanical loads on the furnace. Furnace design continues with the selection of mechanical actuators. A numerical analysis of the most stressed parts, e.g. frame and boogie, was also performed. Main focus of the thesis is on the mechanical design of the furnace. However, this thesis is multidisciplinary and cover various mechanical engineering fields, from heat transfer to production technologies, as well as the fields of electrical engineering and industrial process control.
