Abstract
Krmilni sistem je bil razvit za izvajanje dodatnega nadzora nad kakovostjo delovanja stroja za razrez in odstranjevanja izolacije iz koaksialnih kablov med proizvodnim procesom. Poleg nadzora je zasnovan enoten sistem za komunikacijo s tiskalno napravo, ki kable med rezanjem tudi označuje. Diplomsko delo predstavlja proces načrtovanja in izdelave samostojne naprave, ki je vključena v proizvodnjo kablov. Krmilno vezje z mikrokrmilnikom AtMega328p-au sprejema podatke iz inkrementalnega rotacijskega kodirnika, ki je prislonjen na kabel v proizvodni liniji. Hkrati lahko nadzoruje tiskalno napravo, ki kable v procesu izdelave potiska s primerno oznako. Vezje je zasnovano kot razširitvena plošča (angl. Shield) za mikroračunalnik Raspberry Pi. Programska oprema je zasnovana tako, da se lahko operater preko grafičnega vmesnika na zaslonu na dotik identificira ter nastavi parametre za tisk in nadzor rezanja kabla.

Title:Control system for measurements monitoring and printing in the production of cables
Abstract:
The system was designed to lead a separate quality control alongside the production line which cuts and removes insulation from coaxial cables. It offers additional functionality to optimize the printing process that marks cables. The work explains the process of designing a system, which combines custom-designed firmware and software that solves the issue of separate control and optimizes printing. Custom designed PCB with the main microcontroller AtMega328p-au reads data from an incremental rotary encoder attached to the cable in the production line. The controller communicates with the printing machine that prints the labels during manufacturing. PCB is designed like a shield for the Raspberry Pi computer. The touch screen displays a graphical user interface for identification of operators which will assign parameters for printing and quality control for cutting cables.
