Posodobitev sistema vodenja električne vleke vlakov

Abstract
V magistrskem delu je pojasnjen sistem za daljinsko vodenje in nadzor stabilnih naprav električne vleke na slovenskem železniškem omrežju. Opisali smo osnovne gradbene elemente: vozno omrežje, napajalne daljnovode in kablovode, elektronapajalne postaje ter naprave za upravljanje in nadzor nad obratovanjem SNEV. Predstavili smo zgradbo lokalnega omrežja Slovenskih železnic. Lokalno omrežje smo uporabljali kot osnovo za prenos podatkov med elektronapajalnimi postajami in centrom vodenja. Osnova za vodenje kompleksnih sistemov so komunikacijski protokoli, ki opisujejo delovanje in medsebojno delovanje gradnikov takšnih sistemov. Predstavili smo protokole MoudBus, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104 in NEO, ki opisujejo delovanje tovrstnih sistemov na najnižjem nivoju. Opisani so tipi prenosnega medija, kodiranje bitov in druge značilnosti fizične plasti ter dostop do skupnega medija, storitve in okvirjanje podatkov, ki so lastnosti povezavne plasti. Naloga centrov vodenja je zagotavljanje nemotenega, varnega, zanesljivega in ekonomičnega obratovanja. Center vodenja za nadzor stabilnih naprav električne vleke je bil postavljen leta 2010. Po desetih letih je bil potreben posodobitve. Poleg posodobitve smo zamenjali tudi koncept delovanja. Pri posodobitvi smo zamenjali koncept razporeditve monitorjev in ozadja slike iz sive na črno barvo. Koncept delovanja centra vodenja smo predelali tako, da imamo zdaj centralizirano podatkovno bazo, iz katere bere podatke pet SCADA odjemalcev. Vsak SCADA odjemalec ima popolni nadzor nad celotnim elektrificiranim delom prog Slovenskih železnic, to pomeni, da so SCADA odjemalci enakovredni.

Title:Modernisation of a control system for railway electric traction
Abstract:
In the master's thesis is clarified remote supervision and control of fixed installations for electric traction on the Slovenian rail network. We described in particular the basic construction elements: contact line, power lines and cable lines, traction substations and control centers. We presented structure of a local area network of the Slovenian Railways. The local network is used as a basis for data transfer between traction substations and control centers. The basis for managing complex systems are communication protocols, which describe interactions between different components of such systems. We describe MoudBus, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104 in NEO, as they depict the behaviour of these kinds of systems at the lowest level. Furthermore, the type of physical connection, bit encoding and other properties of the physical layer as well as medium access control, services and data framing, which are properties of the link layer, are described. The purpose of control centers is to provide a smooth, safe, reliable and economical operation. The control center supervision and control of fixed installations for electric traction was set up in 2010. After 10 years, updates were needed. In the update, we also replaced the concept of operation. During the update, we replaced the concept of monitor layouts and the background of the image from gray to black color. We have redesigned the concept of operation of the management center so that we now have a centralized database from which five SCADA clients read data. Each SCADA client has full control over the entire electrified railways line of Slovenia, which means that SCADA clients are equivalent.
