Algoritem kot storitev

Cilj diplomske naloge je opredelitev storitvenega modela, ki zajema storitve za izvajanje algoritmov na zahtevo. Poleg tega želimo izdelati programsko rešitev, ki zagotavlja takšno storitev. V ta namen najprej na kratko predstavimo področje računalništva v oblaku, storitvene modele in nekaj sorodnih rešitev. Sledi predstavitev problemov in predlog storitvenega modela, ki jih rešuje. Nato predstavimo načrtovanje in izvedbo programske rešitve za zagotavljanje storitve. Ta je zasnovana kot REST API in izdelana v programskem jeziku Go. Dodana je spletna aplikacija, ki služi enostavnejši uporabi rešitve. Na koncu rešitev ovrednotimo. Rezultati testiranj kažejo na zadovoljivo delovanje.

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to define a service model, which includes services that offer algorithm execution on request. Furthermore, we aim to create a software solution that provides such a service. Firstly, we briefly describe the field of cloud computing, service models and a few similar solutions. Next, we define the main problems and our solution in the form of a service model. Then, we present the planning and implementation of a software solution that provides our service. It is designed as a REST API and built using the Go programming language. We add a web application, which serves to simplify the use of our solution. Lastly, we assess our solution. The results show adequate performance.
