Trdnost in trajnost razstavljivega stola z lesenimi vezmi

Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je bil oblikovati, konstruirati in izdelati lesen kmečki razstavljiv stol brez vijakov in lepila. Narejen je bil pregled trga kmečkih lesenih stolov. Idejna zasnova stola je bila modelirana v programu SolidWorks po načelih ergonomije in antropometrije. Pri oblikovanju stola smo uporabili tudi ornament slovenskega nageljna. Modeliranje in izdelavo delavniških risb smo izdelali s pomočjo programskega paketa SolidWorks, z uporabo CNC obdelovalne tehnologije pa smo izdelali prototip razstavljivega lesenega stola, ki smo ga nato preizkusili v Laboratoriju za preskušanje pohištva. S preizkušanjem po zahtevah standarda SIST EN 12520:2010 Pohištvo – Trdnost, trajnost in varnost – Zahteve za sedežno pohištvo za domačo uporabo smo želeli dokazati, da je stol primeren za domačo uporabo. Dokazali smo, da so bili konstrukcijski pristopi k razvoju razstavljivega stola z lesenimi vezmi ustrezni, saj je stol prestal vse zahteve standarda. Z razstavljanjem stola smo dokazali tudi, da je možno stol ekonomičneje skladiščiti in transportirati. Razstavljivi kmečki stol bo uvrščen v prodajni program stolov KGŽ, d. o. o., Stolarna.

Title:Strength and durability of disassembling chair with wooden joints
Abstract:
The aim of this B.-Sc. Thesis was to design, construct and make a disassembling wooden chair without screws and glue. We reviewed the market for wooden farm chairs. The basic idea for the chair was designed using the SolidWorks platform, based on the principles of ergonomics and anthropometry. When designing the chair, we also integrated an ornament of a Slovenian carnation. With the help of 3D modelling, we made blueprints of the chair. A prototype of the disassembling chair was made with CNC technology, which we later tested at the laboratory for testing furniture. The test was conducted based on the standard SIST EN 12520:2010 Furniture – Strength, durability and safety – Requirements for domestic seating, and the results proved that the chair is suitable for domestic use. Our construction methods were shown to be appropriate, because the chair passed all the requirements of this standard. With the ability to be easily disassembled, we have also proven that the chair can be transported and stored more economically. Our disassembling farm chair will be added to the sales program of chairs made by KGŽ, d. o. o., Stolarna.
