Analiza koristnosti in stroškov linije za izdelavo nosilcev krtač motorja

V magistrski nalogi je prikazana prenova proizvodnega procesa na liniji za izdelavo nosilcev krtač motorja. Z uporabo analize koristnosti in stroškov je določeno, katera od predvidenih alternativ je za podjetje najprimernejša. Spremembe v proizvodnem procesu so izvedene predvsem pri vgradnji različnega števila izmetnih mest znotraj linije. Rezultati analize koristnosti in stroškov so preverjeni tudi z ekspertnim programom DEXi.

• Title: Cost-benefit analysis of a line for the manufacturing of a Brushcard

Abstract

The master's thesis presents the renovation of the brush card manufacture line production process. Using cost-benefit analysis it is decided, which of the analysed alternatives is most suitable for the company. Production process will be changed by installing different number of scrap boxes on the line. The results of the cost-benefit analysis will also be verified using the DEXi expert program.
