As we learned in the theoretical part of the thesis, the gestalt approach represents an intertwining of the physical, emotional and spiritual. It focuses on current events; therefore, the involvement of the senses is very important in order to be aware of current events. We are not interested in the past and the future. With the help of raising awareness of emotions, we want to make children and adolescents aware of current events so that they can get to know themselves better, make life decisions and, most importantly, build up their personality. In the master's thesis, I presented the use of the gestalt approach in football. The approach can be used in both individual or team sports. My research focuses on its use in football and does so with the help of training sessions and workshops. During the training sessions, the coach attempts to guide the players, as much as possible, in establishing contact with oneself and raising awareness of emotions and current events. With such an approach, we achieve greater diligence in training sessions, responsibility, creativity and perseverance in young athletes. These qualities also benefit them in school and life in general. Some clubs already use this approach in training sessions. The training sessions serve only as an example and are not intended to be copied by coaches. However, it is desirable that they adapt these principles and are creative and original in their work. Their goal should be to transfer the content to the children and guide them accordingly.
