New books on the history of Slovene literature for students of Slavic Studies at the philological faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University are presented. These are the collective monographs Slovene Literature from the Beginnings to the End of the 19th Century (2010) and Slovene Literature of the 20th Century (2014), which give a comprehensive view of the development of the national literature; the reference book Lexicon of South Slavic Literatures (2012) and the monograph Literature in the Sociocultural Space of Independent Slovenia (2018), which examines the literary process after 1991. The first two books are a joint Russian-Slovene project and their publication was supported by Slovene Book Agency. All the works were published by the Moscow publishing house Indrik, one of the best humanities publishers in Russia.
