Abstract
Za trajno delovanje hidravličnega sistema je potrebno, spremljati stanje hidravlične kapljevine, katera je skozi svoj čas uporabe podležna procesom degredacije, ki spreminjajo njeno fizikalno in kemično sestavo. V nalogi smo kot končni izdelek zasnovali prototip zaznavala za kontrolo staranja hidravlične kapljevine. Zaznavalo deluje po principu spremljanja sprememb dielektrične konstante olja. Ugotovili smo, da je dielektrična konstanta odvisna tudi od temperature kapljevine, zato jo je potrebno meriti vzporedno.

Title:Sensor for hydraulic oil again design
Abstract:
For the continuous operation of the hydraulic system it is necessary to monitor the condition of the hydraulic fluid, which during its service life is subject to degradation processes that change its physical and chemical composition. In this thesis we have designed a prototype of a sensor for monitoring the aging of hydraulic fluid. The sensor works on the principle of monitoring changes in the dielectric constant of the oil. We found that the dielectric constant also depends on the temperature of the fluid, so it is necessary to measure it as well.
