Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili potek izdelave orodja za brizganje gumijastih izdelkov. Naša naloga je bila določitev in postavitev vrstnega reda obdelovalnih postopkov, izračun odrezovalnih parametrov posameznih operacij ter izdelava orodja. Napisali smo programsko listo s programi za frezanje plošč, ki smo jih izdelali s pomočjo programa NCG CAM. Plošče smo obdelovali na CNC frezalnem stroju, stroju za globoko vrtanje ter stroju za potopno erozijo. Po končanih operacijah smo pregledali vsa uporabljena orodja, ter pri tem nismo zaznali lomov ali hujših obrab rezilnega robu. Po zaključenih obdelavah smo geometrijo posamezne plošče na merilnem stroju primerjali z CAD modelom. Na podlagi meritev smo ugotovili, da je postavljena tehnologija zadostovala za kvalitetno obdelavo plošč, vendar smo morali pri sestavljanju orodja nekaj gnezd popraviti ročno.

Title:Technologies and manufacturing of tool for rubber injection of serial products
Abstract:
In final thesis we presented the manufacturing process of tool for injection molding of rubber products. Our task was to determine and set the order of machining processes, calculate the cutting parameters of individual operations and make a tool. We wrote a program list with names of milling programs that we created using the NCG CAM program. The plates have been processed on CNC milling machine, deep drilling machine and EDM sinker machine. After the operations were completed, we reviewed all used tools, but there were no signs of fractures or severe wear of cutting edge. After all plates were processed, we used measuring machine to compare the geometry of individual plate with CAD model. Based on the measuring results we found out that the selected manufacturing technology is appropriate, but for the desired results we also have to do some work manually.
