Abstract
Gospodinjski sušilni stroji zaradi njihovega velikega števila dandanes potrošijo znatno količino energije, zato je pomembna njihova nenehna optimizacija. V želji po optimizaciji sušilnega stroja je bila izdelana eksperimentalna postaja za merjenje različnih procesnih spremenljivk sušilnega procesa. V magistrskem delu so predstavljeni rezultati izmerjenih veličin vseh eksperimentalnih meritev pri različnih vrtilnih frekvencah centrifugalnega ventilatorja. Z razumevanjem vseh procesov v sušilnem stroju s toplotno črpalko smo postavili teorijo optimizacije ter določili najboljše parametre za regulacijo vrtilne frekvence centrifugalnega ventilatorja med sušenjem. Predstavljeni so tudi rezultati optimiranega sušilnega procesa, ki potrjujejo manjšo rabo električne energije.

Title:Analysis of the drying process by controlling the fan speed in a household tumble dryer
Abstract:
Due to the large number of household tumble dryers a significant amount of energy is consumed, so their constant optimization is needed. In order to optimize the appliance, an experimental station for measuring process variables of drying process has been made. The paper presents the results of measured values of all experimental measurements at different speeds of the centrifugal fan. By understanding all the processes in a heat pump tumble dryer, we determined the optimization theory and set the best parameters for the speed regulation of the centrifugal fan. With the optimized process experimental results lower energy consumption was confirmed.
