Abstract
Predstavil sem varjenje ladijskega trupa. Osredotočil sem se na jeklene konstrukcije trupa, saj ima jeklo najobsežnejšo uporabo v ladjedelništvu. Zato sem tudi dodatno pozornost posvetil različnim vrstam jekel. Opisal sem nekatere varilne postopke, ki sodijo med najbolj razširjene, za končno montažo posameznih modulov trupa. Zaradi tesne povezanosti med varjenjem in preizkušanjem spojnih varov, sem pregledal priznane postopke neporušitvenih preizkusov.

Title:ARC WELDING METHODOLOGY OF STEEL HULLS
Abstract:
The scope of this work is to present welding of ship hulls. Due to widespread of steel in shipbuilding, I have put emphasis on steel hull welding. Furthermore I made a presentation of types of steel used in hull construction. Here I expose the most common welding methods for the final assembly of hulls modules. Since welding is tightly correlated to weld testing, I analysed the approved methods of nondestructive weld testing.
