Abstract
Zadovoljstvo gostov z destinacijo lahko razumemo kot stanje ali proces, kjer pride do primerjave pričakovanj in izkušenj, povezanih z destinacijo. Kadar so pričakovanja gosta dosežena ali presežena, lahko govorimo o zadovoljnem gostu. Zadovoljni gostje običajno destinacijo priporočajo drugim in v destinaciji več potrošijo, poleg tega je bolj verjetno, da jo bodo spet obiskali. Zadovoljni gostje lahko določeni destinaciji prinesejo pomembno konkurenčno prednost. V tem magistrskem delu je bilo zadovoljstvo gostov preverjeno na primeru Bleda, ki velja za eno najstarejših in najlepših turističnih destinacij v Sloveniji. Pri ugotavljanju zadovoljstva gostov je bila uporabljena metoda anketiranja. Gostje so pri tem izrazili splošno zadovoljstvo in zadovoljstvo s posameznimi elementi destinacije Bled, preverjena je bila tudi uresničenost njihovih pričakovanj. Raziskava je pokazala, da so gostje na splošno zadovoljni z Bledom. V destinaciji jih je najbolj navdušila narava, čistoča in varnost. Pri več kot treh četrtinah gostov so bila prvotna pričakovanja, povezana z obiskom destinacije, uresničena.

Title:Guest satisfaction with tourist destination Bled
Abstract:
Guest satisfaction with a destination can be understood as state or process, where comparison of previous expectations and experiences related to the destination occurs. Guests are satisfied when their previous expectations are met or exceeded. Satisfied guests normally recommend the destination to other people and they spend more money. Besides that, they are more likely to visit the destination. From destination perspective guest satisfaction is important competitive advantage. In this master's thesis the concept of guest satisfaction was used in case of Bled, which is considered as one of the oldest and most beautiful tourist destinations in Slovenia. A survey method was used to determine guest satisfaction. With survey we checked overall satisfaction and satisfaction with individual elements of the destination, the realization of previous expectations was also checked. This research has shown that guests are generally satisfied with Bled destination. They were mostly impressed by nature, cleanliness and safety. More than three-quarters of the guests expressed that their expectations associated with visit of Bled were realized.
