Abstract
V nalogi smo opisali proces vzvratnega inženirstva pri izdelavi lesene armaturne plošče. Obliko izbrane armaturne plošče smo z uporabo 3D-čitalnika FaroArm prenesli v Solidworks. Originalno armaturno ploščo smo proučili in določili, katera pritrditvena mesta in ojačitve bomo izdelali.

Title:Reverse engineering in production process of wooden dashboard
Abstract:
Reverse engineering in the production process of making a wooden dashboard is described in the thesis. For the shape, A pre-existing synthetic dashboard was used and imported into Solidworks using a FaroArm 3D scanner. The dashboard was examined, and the choice was made as to which anchor points were going to be produced. The frame of the car was examined, and using this information reinforcements on the board were located. A solid model of the dashboard was made in Solidworks. Based on the model, the mould for compressing of the board was determined. Curved plywood with a thickness of 2.5 mm was produced using beech, oak, and walnut veneer, along with a mould with the desired curvature. The G-code for cutting of the mould was made in Solidcam, and the final cutting of the board was carried out. Contour 3D, 3D HSR, and 3D HSM were used in Solidcam, with 3D constant stepover within the HSM function. The curved boards were cut using a 3D CNC machine. During the process of cutting for the fixation of the curved boards, positive and negative parts were used. At the end acrylic paint was applied on the dashboard.
