The master's thesis deals with the criminal law aspects of harassment in the workplace, covered by Article 197 of the Criminal Code, and belongs to Chapter 22 of the Criminal Code, which prescribes criminal offenses against employment and social security. The introductory part presents all enforcement actions that constitute the criminal offense of harassment at the workplace, which are supported continuously by the case law, primarily, of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia. The focal part continues the analysis of the legal structure of harassment in the workplace, which is the central theme of the master's thesis and includes, among other things, intent, negligence, collective crime, and the possible commission of a specific crime in force. Finally, a few more pages are devoted to the misdemeanour and criminal proceedings that accompany every criminal act.
