Abstract
Magistrska naloga zajema zasnovo in izdelavo 3D skenerja s strukturirano modro svetlobo za metrološki namen. Predstavljena so teoretična izhodišča brezdotičnih tehnologij merjenja, izhodišča izbire posameznih komponent skenerja in osnove delovanja skenerja s strukturirano svetlobo. Opisani so dejavniki, ki vplivajo na natančnost, hitrost in kompleksnost skenerja. Navedene so teoretične osnove analize merilnih sistemov. Podrobno je opisan celoten postopek sestave merilnega sistema. Cilj naloge je izbrati ustrezno brezdotično tehnologijo 3D skeniranja, določiti primerne komponente, sestaviti optični 3D skener in preveriti njegovo sprejemljivost na praktičnem primeru. Določene so optimalne nastavitve 3D skenerja. Predstavljen je postopek kalibracije in določitve natančnosti z uporabo etalonov po uveljavljenih priporočilih. S pomočjo statističnih metod je preverjeno ali je izdelan merilni sistem primeren za uporabo v podjetju.

Title:Design of an optical structured light 3D scanner and acceptability analysis of the made measuring system
Abstract:
Master thesis covers design and assembly process of the structured blue light 3D scanner for metrology purposes. The thesis presents theoretical foundation of the non contact measuring technologies and working principles of the structured light scanners. Factors affecting scanners accuracy, speed, and complexity are described. The theoretical foundations of the analysis of measuring systems are given. The entire procedure for assembling the measuring system is described in detail. The goal is to select the appropriate touchless 3D scanning technology, determine the appropriate components, assemble an optical 3D scanner and check its acceptability on a practical example. Optimal 3D scanner settings are specified. The process of calibration and determination of accuracy using artefacts according to established recommendations is presented. With the help of statistical methods, it is verified whether the manufactured measuring system is suitable for use in the company.
