Abstract
V kmetijstvu je pri spravilu krme vse večja potreba po hitrejšem procesu. Zaradi tega se je na trgu pojavilo zanimanje za traktorsko kosilnico z vgrajenim transporterjem travinja v vrste. S tem odpravimo potrebo po dodatnem prehodu zgrabljalnika. Transport travinja bo izveden s pomočjo vijačnega transporterja. V okviru naloge bo obravnavana prva faza razvojnega procesa. Najprej se seznanimo z obravnavanim strojem, kamor želimo implementirati vijačni transporter. Za zmanjšanje teže stroja uporabimo polimerno-aluminijasto vijačnico ter se seznanimo z materiali in načini vgradnje. Teoretično bodo izračunane tudi sile, ki jih lahko med obratovanjem pričakujemo in iz tega bo določen primeren korak vijačnice. Pozornost bomo posvetili tudi pogonskemu sklopu, ki zagotavlja prenos moči iz traktorja na vijačnico. V prvi fazi konstruiranja pogonskega sklopa določimo uporabljene strojne elemente. Nato na podlagi pričakovanih obremenitev te elemente tudi ovrednotimo. Rezultat te naloge je izhodiščna rešitev transporterja, tako da je v naslednji fazi možno izvesti prototipiranje.

Title:Development of auger conveyor on a disc mower
Abstract:
In agriculture, there has recently been a greater need to speed up the process of hay harvesting. Consequently, a gap in the market has appeared for tractor mowers that have an inbuilt collector to transport grass into uniform swaths. This eliminates the need of additional transition with a rake. During this thesis, a first phase of developing such system will be presented. First, a disc mower is introduced, which will carry and power the auger conveyor. For weight reduction purposes, we introduce new nonconventional materials and building techniques. Theoretical model of forces and torque requirements involved during the transport of bulk material will be analyzed to determine an optimal screw pitch. A gearbox for conveyor drive will be developed to use available power from a tractor. After designing the gearbox, a structural analysis of its key components will be done. In the end we get a more detailed solution that can be later used for making the first prototype.
