In cutting processes, emulsions are a key element in ensuring high performance processes. Monitoring and maintenance of emulsions is crucial for proper functioning of emulsions. Despite the high level of industrial development, the control and maintenance of emulsions on machine tools is still performed manually. As an absolutely necessary automation and tracking of the activities of all operations, this master's thesis is based on the upgrade of the first prototype for the continuous control of emulsions in cutting processes, which is now raised to the industrial level. The system is based on a series of sensors that are monitored systematically by the microcontroller. The system with the controller is designed to allow addition to monitoring also controling of the emulsion with the ability to correct its concentration. For this purpose, an in-line calculation is designed for inlet flows of concentrate or water. The paper presents the system and the design of the operating mode. As an experimental work, however, the developed system is tested on the Doosan Nx6500 Machining Center. The results show that the system effectively monitors and maintains the emulsion, both in terms of volume and concentration.
