Preverjanje varnosti električne opreme po standardu SIST EN 61010-1 na primeru CS 3010 merilnika

Diplomsko delo temelji na standardu SIST EN 61010-1, ki podaja varnostne zahteve električne opreme za meritve, nadzor in laboratorijsko uporabo. Varnost naprav je ključnega pomena za ljudi in okolje, zato je treba to zagotoviti in preskusiti. Naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov – teoretičnega in praktičnega. V prvem delu so predstavljeni standard SIST EN 61010-1, njegov namen in zahteve. Nato so posamezni sklopi predstavljeni podrobneje. Opisane so zahteve standarda ter preskusni postopki, ki so predpisani za zagotovitev varnosti naprav. Drugi del naloge temelji na praktični izvedbi. Praktični del je bil izveden v podjetju Metrel, d. d., kjer proizvajajo merilne instrumente. Predstavljen je primer na napravi CS 3010, katere namen sta umerjanje in kalibracija instrumentov za testiranje izolacijske upornosti. Sklopi, ki so predstavljeni v teoretičnem delu, se navezujejo na praktični del. Primer je predstavljen s slikami, ugotovitvami, rezultati in težavami, ki lahko nastanejo pri preskušanju.

• Title: Checking the safety of electrical equipment according to the SIST EN 61010-1 standard in the case of the CS 3010 meter

Abstract

The diploma paper is based on the standard SIST EN 61010-1, which specifies the safety requirements of electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use. The safety of devices is crucial for the people and the environment, so it has to be ensured and tested. The task consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part introduces the SIST EN 61010-1 standard, its purpose and its requirements. Next the individual sets are explained in further detail. To ensure the safety of the devices, the prescribed requirements of the standard and test procedures are described. The second part of the diploma is based on practical implementations. The practical part was carried out in the Metrel, d. d. company, where measuring instruments are manufactured. An example is presented with the CS 3010 device, the purpose of which is the adjustment and calibration of instruments for testing insulation resistance. The sections that represent the theoretical part are related to the practical part. The example is backed up with images, findings, results and problems that may arise during testing.
